Here's the label any inputs. I see sucralose is in. Good or not good? Could explain not being in keto after coming back from gym(that's when I took the test)

11g Carbs per 100g is too much and the type of carbs are maltodextrin and waxy maze which will spike insulin. They are sugars yet they say there is 0g sugar on the label. These things make you wonder how accurate the label is and where these people are taking shortcuts.

I'm gonna ask a dumb question. I was on BSSA site now first time I've seen such supplements. Prices look cheap too. See they sponsor the comps so gotta be a reputable supplier with great quality products?

So I decided to take photos as a update I have now reached 109.5kg waist is 95.8cm from 104.5cm hips 105cm from 116cm. Stomach is on 104cm from 122cm

Any guess where I am now bf% and if I'm still on the right track?

Thanks guys your positive input is a huge boost. So I took keto test at 5pm still in keto and I ate some zero sugar jelly to test if it will throw me out about 150g/ml. Waited an hour and a half and tested for keto again. Good news am still in same level of keto. This is what the packaging looks like and I am planning on this being my only cheat every 2 weeks

I will be going for body assessment on Friday if I can get a chance. Would be nice to compare measurements to the previous test

It's MOER sweet with a weird after taste...
If you make it use a Little more water.

I got it at Tiffany's Spar, Salt Rock (just north of ballito)

I'm not too sure but I'm sure Morelleta should have? Or there's a Pick n Pay in Sandton can't remember exactly where. But most of the better super markets will have it.

This jelly is awesome. I extend it with my own sweeteners to make a large volume. Also use agar-agar with it to make it thicker or agar-agar with other things to make guilty free deserts. Not recently though, on a budget :-(

I had an idea don't know if it's good or not. Has anyone incorporated I.F. into a keto diet? Being on 2000cal diet I don't think this will be a hard thing to implement?
