Flex Lewis still dominates the 212:
Jeremy Buendia wins the mens physique (I still lol at this "drug free" category):

Kuifie wrote: I have a question. Reason i am asking this here is I found to many biased opinions at other places. Do these pros use synthol to some extent ? lets say a muscle group is lagging and symetry needs to be achieved, does anybody know wether they use synthol for this purpose ?
Some most definitely do. If not synthol then other SEOs are often used to bring up lagging delts, arms, calves. In the old days they used a site enhancer called esiclene and Flex Wheeler and Kevin Levrone both admitted to using it. Many other's have admitted to it but you only hear about it once they've retired from competing.

Water retention inside your muscle just looks like more muscle. You are thinking of water rentention outside of the muscle. It doesn't look the same though because it is injected deep into the muscle so you still see all the vascularity. You just won't see as clear separation in the muscles. Synthol is an ugly truth of pro bodybuilding that many fans are in denial of. Like how nobody believed Lance Armstrong could not be on steroids and banned substances. At the top level of sport most people will do whatever they can get away with if that's what it takes to win.
