Wolf will look fuller tonight after carbing up I think. A lot can change in one's physique overnight at that level, so I don't want to speculate too much about placings. But I was really hoping that Dexter would come in with better conditioning and surprise everyone. It looks like Phil has number 4 in the bag.

Phil has number 4 done and done!

Very happy for Steve Kuclo think he did a great job and next year might even crack top 5. I think if Big Ramy got handed over to Hany Rambod then Phil would get a fight worth losing sleep over. Very exciting possibilities for the future!

Thought Kai looked good, Phil's legs looked better but he didn't look dry enough.

Ye :S to me Juliana looked to heavy for physique and doesn't have DLB's symmetry. But then I have a huge crush on DLB so my be bias :lol:

Olympia 2014, what a travesty.

Denis and Kia should of have had battled it out, they clearly have more mass and are just as conditioned.... where do these athletes fit into the picture..?? Poor Kia eish!! and Denis I am sure he is so mad.

However, the era of the X-Frame, the "old" Olympia Rhoden and Phil are clear winners here and therefore the Olympia's to come will be even more controversial.
