Master men...Nelson Mnelisi Mthembu was first with Danie Gouws 2nd and Gerald Kruger 3rd.
Men under 65... Bazil Jansen was first with Zenzile Frans Hloi 2nd and David Kaaye 3rd.
Men under 75... Sipho Nyandeni was first with Abduraghmaan Salie 2nd and Keegan Conroy Moss Goliath 3rd
Men under 85... Reuben Herbert was first with Warren van Schalkwyk 2nd and Xolilie Damba
Men under 95...Victor Hungwe won, with Thembelani Shidlo 2nd and Stephen Franklen 3rd
Hungwe also took overall

About all the lineups were tough. Few where i would have placed the top 3 in different order but i am a complete novice here.

Yes was my first and had such an awesome time and definitely won't be the last either. Now to improve myself and get bigger and better. Getting the pics together and going to put them up soon. DJ will be helping me sort it out. Cheers bud

@ABC no I wasn't. He was like a goku. Pretty staunch short dude though. I was next to the guy who came second Sali. That brother had some impressive quads.

Yeah werlou was a machine! He weighed in at 106kg. And you wont believe how simple his contest prep is! He doesnt change his diet until the last week, he just brings in harder training and cardio.

Yes there is no two doubts about it, that boy is a monster. But with that kind of size comes a price. He lost overall because of that price he has paid to be that big - conditioning. All credit to the dude - he is a monster but I would have drfinitely try to condition myself that little bit more and he could have taken overalls, no doubt

I left before that lineup. Did Werlou bother putting on tan this time around? :lol:
