Hey guys, thanks for all the support. Yeah made top ten. I was extatic and loved every moment of it. It did go on a bit long and had been cramping the whole day and took some magnesium at about 16:30 as this was close to the time I was suppose to go on. 5hrs later on stage cramped like there was no tomorrow. Thanks to DJ, for getting me into the best shape ever. This morning was a long haul trying to get below 75 but we did it. Can't wait to become a big boy now lol. When I learn how to post up pics will start a thread from when I first started with DJ, up to comp day and then beyond this to the next goal. Thanks again to everyone involved, especially my mrs. Who has been there through the thick and thin and DJ, you da man

sounds good dude.. Yeah I came back stage after your line up actually and looked for you, but I didn't bring my car and my friend who drove was supposed to be somewhere at 8pm so he was rushing me out.. That was at like 11 haha so you can imagine he wanted to go.. Enjoy that PCT and the off season

About 90 - 95kg. Was sitting at 86 and 13%. So definitely think we can get there. DJ knows his shit and hasn't failed me. Has always pulled through on his word of getting me to where he has set the bar. I have no doubt he will get me to that next level and I can't wait. Tired of playing with the juniors lol

not the greatest picture but there's the top six from the juniors..
The sixth guy is blocked on the far right but his posing routine was amazing, the guy in the middle won, while the guy on his right hand side came second................ how....?
The guy on the far left (our left) shouldn't have been in the top 6 period. The 3 guys to the left of the winner were all in great condition, the two to his immediate left were definitely going to be contending for 2nd place in a lot of peoples eyes.. Seriously don't understand how that was judged and a lot of people sitting around me didn't either.. Btw just my opinion..
