Well it's about the elimination of carbs, so the focus is on pure protein. So more specifically the type of whey; isolate is the most pure out there. If you have a preferred brand you're using, just check the nutritional values to make sure it fits in. The stuff I'm using is 1g of carbs/ 100g whey.

Also, it's a nice way to evaluate the quality of the whey. Needless to say, stay away from any of that stuff that says "Mass gainer" or such.

Well supplenment sa has fructose added as a sweetener, so its far from keto suitable. BSSA isolate is the best choice.

Problem with the BSSA isolate though is that last i checked there was quite a waiting period on that.. what can i use in the interim that won't throw me off ketosis, whilst waitin for it?

Yup the SSN works on my diet also but i would rather order from ondier or even basic suppliments sa. I know ondiers chocolate iso will taste better than the raw iso from basic supps though.

With hard work and dedication you can achieve anything!

Biltong yes. I'd watch out for the boerewors unless you make it yourself.

hey buds, well done sticking to your diets. sounds like you're all doing well.

I have just one question about keto diets but I fear that the answer depends on too many variables,
nonetheless, I want to know, in general, how many weeks will it take to go from 15% bodyfat to around 8% on a keto diet?
just a general, but educated guess. preferably with some input from a great mentor of us all, DJ :)
all answers welcomed though :)
thanks
