Don't do the "diet" thing but when on the road 500g steak, a sausage, two eggs, chips (leke complex carbs) and some onion rings work for me. Long live wimpy

That's exactly what I get, big pack of biltong snap-sticks, cashew nuts or nut mix, rice cakes and fat-free cottage cheese.
DJ do you get the plain salted rice cakes, the oat & sesame or the corn cakes?

In a perfect world, you wouldn’t cheat at all. However, I know that we’re all
human, and you will probably cheat from time to time. If you do cheat, try to
minimize the damage. For instance, if you’re craving for some chocolate cake,
don’t take a huge piece. Instead, have a small piece, which will hopefully
alleviate your sweet tooth, but won’t compromise your diet too badly.
The 90% rule can be used as a measuring stick, which I adhere to myself.
In essence, if you eat cleanly 90% of the time, you’re doing well. There are 7
days in a week, 6 meals per day, which equals 42 meals in an entire week. By
following the 90% rule, that means you could cheat on 4 meals per week, and
still achieve good results. However, the less cheating you do, the better your
results will be.
Most restaurants now offer healthy alternatives.
Again, be aware of the choices out there, and do your best to make the right
choice for you. The fresh foods you make from home will almost always be
better than what you get at a restaurant. Therefore, it makes sense that you
should eat from home most of the time.

Lots flame grilled (skinless) chicken breasts available...with a side salad (no dressing) always good. But when u just have to......300g rump or espetada with baked potato instead of chips

not really hungry, gotta be the 2 x grilled chicken strip packs from woolies (80g)...theyre pretty good with a greek salad!

A miss is as good as a mile, thats why we have cheat days to replenish glycogen stores, and increase leptin and serotonin levels which decrease due to dieting. 1 Cheat day a week will be fine but the 90% rule my friend does not work, it will give you average results, and who pays for average?

Haha, I like Nandos extra hot chicken myself! 2x chicken breasts with a flame grilled mealie on the side! I used to take extra sauce though, so that was my downfall.

Isn't chillies supposed to increase metabolism and seratonin levels (the pain makes your body produce more seratonin?)
