if u cheat,you over fill the glycogen stores that day and drinking water will make u spill over hence the watery look the next day,it usually take 3-4 days for the water to come off... i wouldnt be cheating now if i was u romp3l,3 weeks to go bud...

O no, was just asking. Was at a friends last nite and we wer talking and i rememberd what that guy told me a while ago. No fkn way i cheat now.lol. As i said buddy, balls to the walls ey. >_< rawr!

i went on lunch today,fell asleep and took a 3 hour lunch by accident.eek

Back at work and damn, that nap helped.

Today i feel like a zombie. FKN dead tired. Thank God its legs day and no heavy cardio this morning. Will do slight walk after training tonight. How come i am tired on a high carb day. Its always like that.

Wel, im in at lets say 85kg. Dropped bout 2-3 kg last week and bf down to 7.3%.
Worried bout my legs a bit. But will make it with DJ's help.

the tabs start today, Thank goodness.lol. Jabs wer getn old.
Will get photos on this week with different compulsory poses.

Just to let u guys know that Romp3l placed 3rd in the up to 80kg line up and then 2nd in the classic line up so he will be going to the sa's in the next couple weeks, we will be working toward this goal!! well done bud and hope to see the pics up here soon!

78.2kgs... will be able to carb him up a bit more for that classic line up now

we were worried about the weight for the under 80kg class...

Always guy out of my class that takes the overall. lol

The standard was amazing hey. Without ur help man, i dont think i woulda made top 6 hey. There wer over 10 ppl in both of my divisions.

So this is from the night. Was alot crisper the morning. But held conditionin alrite. Placed 2nd out of i think 12 guys in Classic line-up.

Guys looked good hey. Need to get my tan sorted out. It was a fuckup the night. Morning was good. Put more oil on or something the night.

yep bud. Will remember this for SA's... Need more oil? The guy that won the overalls said he took lasix..
I need to pull my quads hard in the poses and keep them tight. I am disapointed that the chick didnt take the pics the morning and just at night. damnit.lol
But dont worry DJ, the lighting is always bad for pics at the freestate IFBB shows. Its great for judging, but come out SHIT. Last year was even worse. U couldnt see any lines on last years pics(yes, there wer actually lines.lol)
Alot of guys came to me this year and said they cant believe the big improvement. The judges said(4 of them) that if i had been 2-3% harder i woulda won the overall!! Can u believe that. Gives me hope for the SA novice hey.

What we achieved in 8 weeks was remarkable.
