we are looking at a cycle of 640mg super test + 350mg deca a week for 10 weeks,with a lead out of winstrol and then a full pct, with letro on hand for estrogen control.

If my limited knowledge serves me correctly here... this guy's test levels will be lower at his current age then when he was 18...
does this mean that an 18 year old would experience better results doing what he did?

Dude, if i were 18 and had this diet from dj, i would have grown like onkryt!! I have gained lots of muscle and lost fat at same time!!

diet is the key!!!!!!

The rugby season i ate like a pig (rugby players need some fat to absorb tackles...haha my excuse and im sticking to it)
