well how about this,i will only use it on one half on my body for 2 weeks,and see how it goes,it will be love handle (0.5ml) and and between my pec and my lats where the seratus(0.5ml) is i have bad love handles at the moment and i the area between the pec and the lats(over the rib cage) is not so fatty but i will be able to tell if it get leaner vs the otherside of my body...

i dont think we are hijacking the thread here i think that we are clearing up confusion within the keto conumdrum here...promoting what needs to be done to get optimum results,i know that dan duchaine was a big believer in the helios combination for fat loss and his body opus diet has been arounds for years..so we will see the results from this...
