Tried the new flavour, it's all right. I still add raisins to it for a bit of sweetness. But a nice change.

Sugar is 1g per 100g
carbs is 57g per 100g
protien is 14.4g per 100g

Im sure its the same as normal oats and i normally only have it every now and then like once or twice a week when i feel sick of normal oats. F#@k i hope im not shooting myself in the foot by having this?


ADD: Its also made by jungle oats and is not the instant oats type.
