Meal 1: steak, eggs, bacon, cheese (portions will vary for her)
Meal 2: chicken, cheese
Meal 3: whey protein, peanut butter, 2 table spoons olive oil.
Meal 4: Pork chops/tuna, salad, bacon, cheese.
Meal 5: hamburger patties/lean mince, cheese and mayo.
Meal 6: whey protein, 2 table spoons peanut butter, 2 table spoons olive oil.
Would this work for the both of us? Any changes that need to be made?

MRfeathers wrote: drop all the cheese, drop the salad, tomatoes contain fructose which will kick her out of ketosis. have a cup of broccoli with dinner, the fibre will help with her number 2's.
Lol @ number 2. Thanks. Will drop the cheese and salad and add broccoli.
For how long can we be on this diet? What sort of results can one expect, or is it difficult to say?

MRfeathers wrote: theres a lot of fat in that diet, even for a keto diet. dont mix peanut butter and olive oil in the whey shake. choose one or the other. also 2 tablespoons of peanut butters a shit load. one will do the job
The two table spoons of peanut butter are for me... One for her? Or will one suffice for both of us?
Will choose between peanut butter or olive oil.

Try drop the bacon or only have it every now and then, It contains mostly fat and not allot of protien and they are not really good fats?

Really good diet and it was easy to stick to, if i felt like something nice on the weekend i would go to wimpy and get 4 fried eggs a piece of worst and some bacon every now and then
ADD: i even went to spur and got tbone and a little spinach a few times with no basting or sauce on.
