hey girl. t3 is bietjie hard oppie spiere. it will make you very catabolic and eats away at your hard earned muscle. you need to use some kind of aas to prevent it. clen is not aas. its a fat burner. maybe you need to drop the t3 girl. just my opinion. or else get a female stack to use with it.

If working on body and character doesnt cost you something its woth noting. If criticism is all that proceed out of your mouth then know that is how you feel about yourself and depicts the health of your soul.

Try to add some yohimbine in the mix. Clen + Yohmbine have a synergetic effect and work wonders on a keto diet. Keto diet cough cough.. ;)

so, according to what i read in DJ stuff. my cal needs is 1971.. and if i need to loose fat, i need to consume about 1577... so
According to the famous keto diet, i must take in 10%carbs, 45 protein and 45% fats..

Is this right?? atleast thats what i read on the internet..
So it means that per day, i must eat atleast 40g of carbs, 180 g protein and 80g fats...
did i miss the pot completely.

So my ration in my diet is wrong.. carbs are too hight, and fat too low..mmm somebody?? anybody.

Hi S,

I am by no means an expert, and am also only learning as I go along. For Keto, I am using the sample from the stickies created by DJ, and what mine basically comes down to is 5% Carbs, 45% Protein and 50 %Fat. For me this results in 28g Carbs, 249.50g Protein and 121.00g fat, where fat is accounted for the most calories.

I hope this helps. :)

I quickly worked it out, and from my calculations, your macro-nutrients should be 19.7125g Carbs, 177.4125g Prtein and 78.85g Fat. According to me, this will still keep you in ketosis.

The more experienced guys might tell you if my calculations are correct.

stats: weight 60, 1.58 metres.

Current keto diet.
Meal 1: 1/2 cup oats, raw measured with 5 egg whites.

Meal 2: 120g chicken Breast in salad (must not have any skin).

Meal 3: 1 tin tuna on 5 rice cakes.

Meal 4: 100g Fillet steak or 120g Chicken breast (no skin) and broccoli or any green veg.

Meal 5: whey protein and one hand full wall nuts.

Using clen with T3 for the past 1 week now.

Id go for the Female stack by Lp and as Pyro said add yohimbe instead of T3 get Thyroid Support formula by Solal to assist with recovery. Use and yohimbe throughout Just use Zetofen daily to replenish receptors. Stop all fat burners 1 week before your show. Low dose Letro say 3 drops a day will dry you out nicely from 4 weeks out.
Diet drop the oats and rice cakes have 3 whole eggs and 3 additional whites in the morning.
Have almonds with meal 2 30g only and add a cup of veg to each meal. Also switch to Whey Isolate only have it post workout, cook your food with 1 tbsp olive oil. This is Keto, stick with it with zero cheats and I mean zero for two weeks. Then have a cheat meal anything you want in 1 sitting. Thereafter every 7 days have a cheat meal let it be your last meal of the day and drop 2 meals. Take 1000mg Alpha lipoid acid with cheat meal. Your last week prep is essential and can make or break your physique this is where you will need Dj advice and consultation as I can't give his secrets away.

Hey bro,

I know Dj has had quite a lot on his plate lately. He has been a bit slower than usual but as I said the man is BUSY.

Just pop him another mail and I'm sure he'll get back to you asap ;) B)
