@Muscleaddict: Thanks for clearing that up for me man.

@DJ: When on-cycle I want to train as much as possible, like 5-6 days a week and am planning on doing something similar to these 4 variations, doing heaps of legs as I want them to grow the most:
(Legs 1),(Chest + Tris), (Back/Shoulders + Bis) and (Legs 2) - is that too much? My thinking is that on-cycle I will be very anabolic so won't have to worry too much about catabolism whilst training.
Or should I stick to my current split:
1) Chest
2) Back
3) Shoulders
4) Legs
5) Arms

Also I'm a bit confused now. Are you suggesting I use 2-4k Vit C AND 1 Aspirin ED on-cycle AND Omega or what? Sorry, just a bit confused there.

Your current split looks fine, 2-4G Vit C is fine with 9000mg Fish Oils no Aspirin.

Thanks Koe. Concerning my training, could I go ahead with my proposed on-cycle split? Because if I stay with my current split I will only be training legs once a week, and my legs are what I want to grow the most. Also recently I have been training 6 times a week and have been incorporating two different leg days, one concentrating on quads and the other on hamstrings. I have also been doing about half plyometric work and half static work in each leg day's workout. Any suggestions for changing that up to make my legs bigger?

Don't overcomplicate your workouts keep it basic. A 2 day leg split is fine on the off season i do the same.
Stick to compounds with high volume, example Squats 8 sets, Leg Press 6 sets, leg extensions 3 sets and lunges/hack squats for quads 3 sets.
Hamstrings Stiff leg deadlifts 6 sets, Single sided leg curls 4 sets and Lying leg curls 4 sets.
Remember rest is as important.

Yeah i would recommend you keep volume high bro, it seems to work for most. GGood luck with the cycle, dont complicate it too much and enjoy every second!
