Thats the best safe way to make sure you dont fck it up.

Inject the air into the hcg vial, THEN withdraw 2ml water... then after you injected about 1.2ml turn the vial horizontal and slowly withdraw 1ml air again. Then continue with the last bit of water.... otherwise you will have to force in the last ml of water because of the 2ml vacuumed air already sucked up.

I hope that makes sense for newbie users.
