I never ask this so no pressure if you don't want to. Post some front, side, back, and legs pics then we can help you a lot more. Also give some background on diet, training, etc. Then share some of your experiences, example have you found some things that work great for you? Some things that don't? The road to becoming a top bodybuilder is rough physically and also mentally. So what motivates you and why will you succeed when the others fail?

Stan its one of the best feelings in the world being on stage when you know you worked your ass off and you go in with full belief in yourself knowing you gave it everything....if you have the incling to do it...then do it....but get educated on the subject of gear use to an almost expert level before competing as this will make sure that you wont be compromising your health for a trophy...get to know everything you can on this board and then some

good job on the weightloss. +1 for the progress.

I find it funny that all you young guys get on the bed to take photos of your legs, try taking the mirror down next time. same thing, i promise. ;)

First you have to decide what class do you want to stand on stage? Mens Bikini or Body Building? Then from there adjust everything to reach your goals!

Haha I will take the mirror down next time haha

My goal and passion is defiantly to stand on stage as bodybuilding , I am in it to win it not to stand as fitness or the other stuff

Well then I would aim to stand on stage before you hit 23. To stand in the Junior Line up. Still lots of hard work and dieting, but it is doable!

I will be taking 2015 as my bulk year to start adding the mass and I am planing to run the beginner bulk cycle two time in 2015 but I would let my bf% get out of hand , so I was thinking of doing the first cycle with PGW cyp and the second one with PGW test E just to see how my body reacts to them

That is true hay!

So am I moving in the right direction in choosing to start of 2 cycles (beginner bulk cycle) in 2015 , the waiting period would be the time I am on cycle so as if I have 10 week cycle + pct that would be my waiting period between my 2 cycles

Best of luck man. There will always be those who wont believe in you. and there will always be those who critisize. Let your hard work and dedication and ultimately results speak for themselves. This is a tough thing to persue yet nothing is more satisfying than the journey. I too am just starting on this journey and love it more and more every step of the way. Best of luck. No need to post them weekly. it is just for yourself.

Upperchest takes alot of time. aslong as you do aloy of incline movements and the likes with good form it will develop.

Now as for latteral delts. I have found a lower weight. slow upward movement and dont lower all the way down with side lateral raises. Keep the tension. Also tild your pinkies up at the top of the movement as in a tilting a bottle. then move downwards again.

Remember to focus alot on rear delts upper and middle traps for complete developement of the shoulder to make them nice and round !
