Will 60mg be enough or should I push for 80 mg everyday?

On a side note, be careful during bridge. I have a sneaky suspicion that the winny is responsible for my injury. I however have no experience with var so this night not be an issue for you.

Thanks heretic, will weigh myself on monday again - feels like gains have stopped from the letro, im doing 5 drops a day which is 0.5mg and my gyno bump is almost completely gone! It was about the size of a BB-bullet.
Strength is waaaay up, doing 42kg dumbbell shoulder presses easy 10 reps, 55kg dumbells flat and decline 10 reps.
I love test - what am I gonna do when I go off????! :pinch:
Lets go!

I know what you mean. if only that feeling could last. I do know some guys that try to though. Some noobs at my gym are on a gram of test, go off 2 weeks and then back on. keeping in mind this is cyp or en. Apparently they can feel themselves getting smaller in those 2 weeks lol

Agreed. The logic is ridiculous, like the deca only cycles I've seen!
Bud don't even mention anything gym related, its been terrible. Haven't been there for months on end.
Remember the wrist injury? Well it turns out its a ligament tear - something to do with the ttfc. Luckily I'm going for a MRI on Monday then from there the specialist will decide on treatment.
Time for a new G.P I think. especially if it takes him 7ish months and several visits to him to send me to a specialist.
Besides the wrist, training and dieting ( ) everything's cool. I'm chilled.

How long have you been off?
When you start, are you going on a cycle?
What happened to your wrist again??
Aww I hope you get back to training soon, I must imagine it sucks balls not doing anything! And especially while youre on a site like this that fills you with curiousity and motivation...
All the best

If/when I get back to trainig I'll be taking it easy training natural for up to a year. Maybe more. After that I'll assess how the recory has gone and IF I'll cycle again. There's really no rush. I think we'd prefer full use of our hands over a beautiful body (both wouldn't be bad though)
As for how it happened I can't really say for sure. Just woke up one day and twisting movements were painful. I do remeber having a crappy spotter the previous day though on an especially heavy set of incline bench. Struggled to rack it.
It killed me at first but since then I've pulled back, calmed myself. Centered. Have to be smart about recovery instead of looking at the short term. Now I use this time to learn - can never know too much.
Thanks bud, I hope so too

+ 1 heretic for keeping a level head about your injury. If an injury was keeping me from doing the sports I enjoy I don't think I would be so calm about it.

I suffered from a wrist injruy early this year and it recovered really fast considering the amount of damage it received. I just did some really basic physio and it is now perfect

Strength is unbelievable, I am suprised after every set and every workout I go heavier...
Havent trained legs for 2 or 3 weeks, been so busy lately if I get 3 workouts a week Im happy and then I usually skip legs!! :pinch: :pinch: I know its not ideal, but Id rather skip on cycle than off, cos your body is an anabolic machine!
Enough excuses...
Upped my calories somewhat, having 6 slices of toast and jam post workout with my whey...
Oh and my gyno bump!! 5 drops letro a day and its gone!!!
I think i might start tapering of the letro, but ive only got like 2-3 weeks left then its time for anavar bridge and summer!
So far im happy with results, will def post pics as soon as I have time for someone to take pics...
ooh-ooh-ha-ha! Gorilla out(slams chest)
