Yeah it has been bro. Going good. Picking up some nice size while still keeping bf down. Sitting at 86kg myself now. Just saving up for next cycle, can't wait just been a bit hectic as all my extra cash is being pumped into the house I just bought. Sounds like you're doing great dude and can't wait to see the end result, hopefully you can tip the scales at 90kg's by the end. Push hard bro ;)

just a small update...

middle of week 7 of my cycle. biceps are coming up nicely. ive always struggled to put size on my biceps. shoulders, calves, chest, pretty much everything else grows like weeds. need to start getting some new threads soon because it looks like ive been shopping out of the kiddies section! nothing fits nicely anymore. strength is also decent, weights have been steadily going up in the gym week after week (even if its just 2 or 3 kgs) feel good, no sides so far, had a few pimples a couple of weeks in but my skin has cleared up nicely.

just over a month til i start my bridge, hopefully i keep growing at this rate until then. ill give you guys a weight update next week again.

peace gents

Yeah I know you can retain muscle while on keto. Isn't iy risky to jump straight into it after a cycle. Won't going from 300 to 30 carbs a day affect gains?

You will lose a lot of weight yes, but its gonna be glycogen and water. Im considering it,but ya...Well see

I would rather do a diet with carbs in as It will still make me lean without looking flat.

At the beginning of the year after my op i weighed 78 kgs.. when i started my cycle i was 82 i now weigh 95.. :)

I dont think ill loose much muscle on the keto diet.. i just need to get ripped for summer :)
