bud your lean meat having 75g protein is a lie, 200g is roughly 40-50g tops. also having steak and nuts will drive your fat content through the roof by an additonal 20-30g. 200g brown rice cooked is about 40g of carbs.also 200g of oats is 110g of carbs. i think your fat content is way too high.

Thanx for the quick reply DJ yes I know lean meat is about 40-50g protein per 200g but that's the total meal protein because 100g almonds contains about 25g protein.
The rice is the uncooked weight so I think that's about 120g carbs.

Going to add a lot of fat too bud... But most strongmen are fat so you won't look out of place. Also depends on your metabolism... Some people can run 4000 cals without getting fat. Your getting in like 150g fat just prom peanut butter. That's already like 1350 cals, then there is also fat in the chicken etc and the milk you are probably taking with those whey shakes...

I wouldn't run Equi and Deca together. Rather choose one of the two (i would go for Equi given your goals). Its not unheard of to run both together but generally they are not run in the same cycle. You would generally choose Equi over Deca due to the leaner gains with considerably less water retention. So running them together would defeat the pupose.

Yeah but I dont want to be fat and strong I would like to look like something too!
But I also feel that being a overweight strongman put's extra strain on the joints and I need some stamina for the timed events.
But like I said this has nothing to do with my strongman training this is a pure bodybuilding cycle so I need comments from a bodybuilding view!

My next cycle is going to be npp, equi and test... They stack nicely, not too much water if you use a decent ai and your diet is solid...

Keep breakfast as is.
Meal2: 200g chicken breast, 100g rice (uncooked weight), cup mixed veg
Meal3: same as meal 1, 100g peanut butter
Meal4: 2tins tuna, mixed veg 70g rice
re gym: 1 table spoon honey, 50g seedless raisins, 200g oats (plus maybe some whey)
Intra gym: what ever you take...
Post gym: 50g whey, 60g dextrose.
First meal after gym: 300g rump roast, cup mixed veg, 100g white rice (uncooked weight)

Maybe something like that... Just a suggestion. There are still carbs in each meal

If you've started then keep with it as you prob have all your gear already. Just keep this in mind for future cycles.

You won't get fat if there are carbs in each meal as long as your calorie intake is just 300calories or so above what you "need". They are just more effective morning, pre and post. I need one or two extra carbs meals because I can't eat more than 100g oats at a time. Can't stomach the kak. 120g or so would be enough. There is a nice sticky dc wrote called dieting 101. Have you gone thru it?

Yeah I skimmed through I see that the layout of that diet is almost the same as mine!
I luckily dont have a problem chowing 200g oats with one meal but I wont be able to do it if it was cooked!

Takes longer to digest if it isn't, that's why I domt eat much oats... 400g uncooked oats in total is a lot

Thanks bud, yup was just that "years on cycle idea" that wasn't too bright, but at least all my questions were answered so now I'm happy :) this forum is great because if someone is unsure about something another person on here is bound to have a few answers

Can I make a suggestion, assume that you are at 20% body fat seeing you don't have a measurement.so that's a 102kgs LBM, now start on a decent amount of protein ie 270g of protein, and start on 130g of fats, and start on 350g of carbs. If you aren't carb sensetive really have 70% carbs pre, post and for breakfast so 80g of carbs 3x a meal, pre work out 50%being slow carbs ie oats,50% being faster carbs, post work out 50% carbs fast carbs followed by the other 50% slow carbs.try keep fat down to 0 around this time. Then breakfast and the other meals of the day have slow digesting carbs... When u start to increase calories increase carbs with 50g of fast carbs during work outs. Hope this helps.
