Either way, as I said in the other thread my experience with NOMAD was very poor as far as their orals were concerned. I got gains off the injectables but that was long before the orals problem. Haven't used them for some time so can't really comment. Hope they've sorted out their issues and the cycle works for you.

Guys quick question,

What is the appropriate does of anavar for me, 5"9 87kg 15% bf i guess maybe a little less, i have read that 50mgs is the best dose but the ones i have ordered only come in 20mg tabs so that means 40mg or 60mg? suggestions

I wouldn't go higher than 60mg/day if you're stacking it with other stuff.

Running 50mg of Var alone wont visually do much for you , imo .
If you running it alone I would up it to about 70mg-80mg if its not your first time using AAS . I would add something like prop to the mix(if you gonna run the var at 50mg) and run the both of them for about 6 weeks .

Well i am currently on Sust250 @ 500mg a week and Equi350 @ 350mg (upping it to 600now) so i am gona take the anavar for the last 4 weeks of my course hoping to burn off some excess fat, www.steroid.com/intermediatecycle3.php this is where i got the course idea from, So i guess its gona have to be 60mg
