First Time

sorry to break this to u, that is a shit diet,and the carbs are right,the protein and fats are all out. u will get fat on that diet...go to www.anabolicsteroids.co.za/forum/10-diet...on/56925-dieting-101 and start reading...if u need to get a custom diet created for u,email admin from the contact us page and get him to forward u my email address,but note i charge for diet plans etc.

so now, how can i eat right but normal food, not like all these weird and expensive stuff. my dads a diabetic and mom always on a damn diet so we eat healthy at home.
