It definitely isn't a first line use but I have been using it off label for cognation.

I also throw the use of donepezil which also can help in the treatment of depression and of course my case cognitive enhancement.

Lots of fuss over the Glutaminergic potentiators. The latest meta-analysis I read was of the opinion that the idea doesn't look promising as they have been tested with and without other compounds- with other compounds the effect was negligible and without the effect was there but not as strong as with other available drugs. That said I still think there is something to this idea of Glutaminergic substrates as an adjunct to other meds we just need to find the right conditions.
