I'm about to place my order for the 1st bit of gear I require for the cycle. i'll commence the cycle mid Sept or 1 Oct 15.
i'll do my best to keep this thread going and let you oaks know how it's going.
If anyone has run this cycle and has any valuable tips, thoughts, i'd would love to hear them?
keep pushing hard oaks.
Regards,
R

Thanks so much bru! age is just a number hey! you can literally stop the ageing process by at least 10 years. and good genetics helps a little too!

haha!! still a baby!
I weighed 53kg's 10 years ago and smoked 15 cigarettes a day, drank and partied lank hard! Biggest regret in my life is that I never started this lifestyle in my teens. having said that, i'm so happy with how I managed to turn my life around.. of course I see this challenge as a never ending one, but I wouldn't change the lifestyle I have now, for all the money in the world!
I know I don't have the best genetics to build and have to work a lot harder than the other oaks.. but i'm sure as hell gonna give it all i have and NEVER stop trying to achieve my goal. This lifestyle has improved every single aspect of my life in the biggest way possible!

Thank you so much MA! I think by me posting regular pics of my progress this time is going to make a huge difference to my gains. There is a lot more pressure to achieve your goals when you have people watching, that you don't wanna let down.

@ 00pump
Okay.. so this is what my daily nutritional consumption currently looks like... And it's 95% accurate. I'm thinking to leave it exactly the same for this cycle?
Carb cycling seems to work very well with me. So I'm thinking to throw in a few carb cycle days every now and then as well?
I train at 5am in the mornings and swim as cardio 3 times a week in the evenings. I do no other form of cardio but swim.
So this is it....
4:15am
Pre workout: 20g L-Argine + 5g Beta Alanine + 3g L- Carnitine
4:45am [meal 1]
90g Rolled Oats
45g raisins
90g Whey Isolate
5:10am: Work out
6:30am:
Post work out
60-90g 100% whey Isolate
60g Virtargo
10g L-Glutimine
10g BCAA's
7:45am [meal 2]
6 jumbo egg whites [cooked] nothing added
I'll either have the eggs cooked with smoked trout or half an Avo. I don't include any additional carbs to this meal, because of oats at 4:45
Vitamins:
2 x Vit C - Ester - Biogen
1000mg Evening Primrose Oil [omega 6]
1000mg Fish oil concentrate [omega 3]
2 x Essential > liver support
2 x Pro Guard
10:00am [meal 3]
120g Sweet potato
60g steamed broccoli
30g steamed spinach
60g boiled chicken breast
1 x teaspoon cold pressed flax oil.
12:15am [meal 4]
Half a grapefruit, with handful of pineapple and handful of strawberries or cranberries.
40-60g either turkey pastrami or ostrich biltong or 1 x can of Woolies sardines or smoked chicken breast.
40g of plain, unsalted almonds with 20g of Goji berries.
14:00 [meal 5] - lunch
Protein: 40 - 60g of either grilled mini chicken filets, ostrich filet, beef filet steak or filet hake.
Always include steamed broccoli, Asparagus and Avo or other steamed veg.
16:30pm [meal 6]
120g steamed Sweet potato
80g steamed Broccoli
60g steamed chicken breast.
1 x teaspoon cold pressed flax oil
19:30 [meal 7] Dinner
Protein: 60g of either chicken breast or chicken pieces, ostrich steak, filet steak, or hake. Woolworth's lean mince: 50% beef, 50% Ostrich.
Lots of steamed veggies or a salad and Avo.
21:30 [meal 8]
60g Whey Caseinate mixed with water and 1 tablespoon of cold pressed flax oil or peanut butter.
1000mg Fish oil concentrate [omega 3]
2 x Essential > liver support
3g DAA
3g GABA
2g ZMA
+ I drink at least 2L of water every day.
I have a cheat meal once a week and occasionally on a weekend. My dinners and lunches have a lot more variety but I cant post it all. I don't consume any alcohol at all.
