Well my normal sleep amount is 8.5/9 hours even without MK... still an infant ;) But I must say, I'm loving the feeling of general well being and mental alertness during the day. :cheer:

Hey RB, really been enjoying it.

Sleep is still solid and feel more energised during the day. About a week ago I started noticing that my mind muscle connection has greatly improved suddenly(leading to better pumps). Would this be attributable to the MK677?
Otherwise, still steadily increasing in weight but feel a but harder. All in all, great product.

I really can't say hey.

Pump is definitely due to increased IGF-1

It is on you. It always has been...

Maybe my CNS is just running strong from good sleep, leading to better mind muscle connections :)

Fair enough. That being said, how safe is it buying from one of the local online stores? Looking at MK or Anavar but not sure how trustworthy they all are

Anavar is a steroid so don't ask for sources.

Apologies. Read the rules beforehand yes. Was not asking for a source. Was more concerned with what to look out for to not get scammed. But all good I'll leave it be

Just as a diary note, I'm no longer going to be using MK as it's very slight effects while being reasonably pricey. Just thought there are actually more worthwhile supplements that could be made use of like glucose disposal agents. (Loving RPG by Redcon1 right now).
Just as I previously mentioned a while ago I go through phases of a huge urge to finally start using gear and recently it's been "inflamed" again  I guess it's cause my training partner/friend is starting his first cycle. Just a side question regarding gains made using gear... I've heard varying opinions in how much gains you keep. I know it depends on what compounds are used, PCT, training and diet etc. But if you're using say just test, how much of it would you keep? I've heard anything from "all of it" to "none of it" and everything in between.? Logic would tell me that you'd keep what you'd be able to gain naturally.... Very cloudy info on this.

Any input is appreciated.

Hey bro, as a one time user I think you can keep most of your gains if you have not yet reached your genetic potential. You will have to maintain the eating and training plan as I've personally found I need to eat more to maintain current size and energy expenditure. I have picked up that a lot of the size I lost was due to taking less calories and not training as hard and as much as when I was on cycle. I am also of the opinion that my decrease in training off cycle is due to the strength decrease being off cycle. Going in even further I think it's a huge bit of a psychological demotivation when you reach and come out off pct.

I now know why a lot of people jump onto another cycle sooner than they should but I am fortunate enough to have the will power to not give in to my mental frustrations.

Just realized it's more of diary entry I posted lol

Thanks for the input Hoosain, I definitely get the psychological aspect of it but if training and diet are kept constant. Surely you wouldn't be able to maintain the gains simply due to a less anabolic environment such as protein synthesis also decreasing?
Maybe people who are of the opinion of "you can keep it all" just haven't been OFF long enough to actually lose it...

Totally agree with you regarding the less anabolic environment, hence me saying most of your gains and specifically mentioning those who have not reached their natural genetic limit. Apologies though I said genetic potential instead of limit and I left out natural. Maybe have been a bit confusing.

You also have a point about those who claim they can keep all gains. Have heard some guys doing 12 week cycles and then wait a month after pct before hitting another cycle. Crazy I tell you

Pumpseeker my personal opinion on keeping gainz
1.) You must have a solid pct
2.) Don't decrease your calories
3.) Don't stay away from the gym after cycle. Most of my athletes do HGH or IGF with a pct and have great success.
The biggest problem is the pshycological effect of being "off". I have guys that keeps the food and training just as perfect off cycle as on cycle and you won't even know they are "off".
All about mentality.

Thanks for the insight Xtreme. Just out of curiosity, Did you see changes in their physiques even when keeping things the same when coming off? How long were they off for?

I definitely have seen that the psychological battle is one that catches most and then effects training and diet.
