PumpSeeker - Nice and lean. We can see that a lot of hard work goes in! I bet you look a lot better than most of us when we were in our 20's

I know the feeling, you hit the gym hard! you work your ass off. Others f#ck around and make bigger gains, you know they are using. You are tempted. We have all been there. Definitely in our younger years.

You still have a lot of natural hormones, And everyone would recommend that you use those to its full advantage before trying PEDs. I know in my younger days, my diet was completely wrong. I didnt think so then, but now looking back, it was very sh!t. I could have made better gains, if I spent more time on my nutrition. Too late for me, but not for you. Post your Diet and lets see where you could make some improvements. Hopefully mom is still buying the food

These things do change your life. One of my good friends cant have any children due to using PED`s from a young age. This now has become priority in his life, and spending a lot of money trying to conceive. His Physique has taken the back seat. Priorities change. Make sure you use for the right reasons / goals. Its a slippery slope!

Yeah, it gets very frustrating and I know I won't be able to achieve that enhanced "look" where the muscle looks 3D and sort of photoshopped looking... But I'm starting to think that if I was able to gain 16kg last year then maybe aim for 80kg this year and go from there. If it becomes a struggle and I'm still hungry... then....start.

Thanks GrootD

85kg may be a bit optimistic  I probably could manage it but I would likely start gaining quite a bit of fat. I prefer staying leaner even when "bulking" that's why 80kg lean by December seems more appealing.

I'm probably getting ahead of myself but would a test & primo cycle be a nice first cycle?

The general consensus is to use a test only cycle for the first time like rooi bul said. That way you can see how you react and experience sides etc.

Pumpseeker, from what I can see you're an ectomorph. When it comes to packing on weight, well, you're basically running in the Olympic 100m finals, but you're starting at 200m.

There is a difference in the pics but your frame hides the extra 16kg you picked up. Just looking at the pics I would never have guessed anywhere close to that. Your body will be naturally inclined to cut muscle and not retain. Even on gear I don't know how much you'd be able to pack, but almost sure you'd lose most of your gains during PCT and recovery.

Diet wise, you have to eat a helluva lot more than an equivalent weight endo or mesomorph. Your body burns calories at an alarming rate. You are a little more flexible with junk food, but only slightly. So stay the hell away from cardio, max 20 minutes of HIIT 3 x a week mto retain general fitness.

You really need to post your diet as well. I'm almost sure you're eating too little and incorrectlyand by tweaking a few things you can maximise your genetic potential. To build muscle you need to eat 500-1000 more calories than maintenance, in your case I would hedge a bet that it will be closer to 1500 calories over maintenance. You are going to hate food because you'll be eating the whole time, literally.

Very good advice Cyclo.
+1 meneer.

Just a question. A guy with a fast metabolism like Pumpseeker would slow digesting foods like wholegrain pasta and brown rice, oats and butter nut be better to consume for them due to the slower but sustained time to digest?

Hey Cyclo,

I know my appearance would suggest I'm a natural ectomorph but couldn't that just be due to the fact that I choose to remain lean? Because when i was younger I was actually quite mesomorphic. I can post my diet but I know that if I'm wanting to gain weight then I simply need to eat MORE that currently. Cause i managed to gain 16kgs successfully (not trying so say I know everything  )
And with regards to cardio, yeah I only do once a week for 15/20 minutes.

PS: Cream of Rice is my best friend lol

THat's a bit above my paygrade, but as I understand, once the calories are in they just get burnt up. Slow or fast digesting doesn't matter. But that is I understand it.

The technicalities, and for an ecto, timing and composition of nutrition is super critical. I'm an endomorph, we put on muscle (or at least I used to, hahah) super quickly. Unfortunately, also put on fat even quicker. I remeber reading an article where some guru stated that endo are the ideal for bodybuilding but have to watch their diet to limit fat.

Meso's burn fat fast but don't put on muscle quite as quick as endo's.

But I'm nowhere near clued up enough about that.

You're 6' and 71kg AFTER picking up 16kg. That's as ecto as you get. It means you were 55kg before. That's just cock and bone.

Your traps and lats for example are underdeveloped. Endo's are normally stocky whilst meso's are muscular. The difference is we have naturally developed lats and traps which gives that "V" taper.

Just looking at your photos again, are those really a year apart? You're wearing the same shorts. You didn't post the same time frame pics by mistake? That's why I said your frame hides that 16kg.

You'can see your bodyfat % is under 10, another ecto trait. Meso's require intense effort to stay under 10% and us endo's... well, you cannot blink and somehow your body's found fat to store. I swear we absorb it from fat people even.

In perspective, 16kg is a smallish sized lamb's carcass, now that includes, by mass, approx 60% bone and fat. I'm assuming you've stopped growing, so the 16kg was all muscle. Take 16kg of meat and "pack it on yourself... that's a helluva lot of meat.

Thanks for the response Cyclo +1

Just double checked the dates and they are a year apart except the back shot is older. When I do a back double-bi my lats don't spread properly cause I'm tensing my rhombiods etc so hard  . Yeah I see what you mean regarding being ectomorphic.
I did actually get a bit taller so that 16kg would have also been bone growth as well.

"Just Cock and bone"

Just thinking about a question that my friend posed today... What is the purpose of postponing the use of aanabolics? I mean, I get the fact that you should pay your dues and learn the art of training and dieting etc, but is there really any other reason to wait? Would you just require less of a dosage or what?

Thanks guys

Because your hormonal system and growth and skeletal structure are all still developing and AAS use are going to stop all of them and cause complications and possibly negatively impact them. Rather wait till 25.

But MK 677 and GW 501516 you can run

Thanks RB,
Sorry if I come off sounding like a lost puppy when it comes to this decision. I'm going to likely just follow yours and Furk's advise to see what I can achieve naturally and if I'm still hungry later on then start. It just gets very frustrating at times... Will delve into some research of MK and GW but aren't those just endurance enhancers?

Thanks

MK 677 increases your Natural Growth Hormone and IGF-1 so you will recover faster. Look into the benefits of that ;)

GW is going to improve endurance yes but also nutrition partitioning I think stacking those two are going to benefit you tremendously but like I said cycle each of them on their own first for decent length and then after a solo run on each stack them

The GW is sounding appealing from what I read as it could help with nutrient partitioning to ensure the calorie surplus is used to build muscle. I'm not sure about the MK 677 because elevated IGF1 may lead to organ growth which, in Men's Physique, is a definite no no.

I'm currently liking the look of Rad 140 and GW 501516. It seems they're used for around 12 weeks, would PCT be required?

It's amazing how misleading some sites can be... They mention multiple times that it's not suppressive

Will reconsider the MK 677, but the GW also looks good and from what I've gathered, doesn't require a PCT (not suppressive).

Thanks RB

Even MK677 does not require PCT. And you won't get side effects like guys taking HGJ or IGF-1 because MK677 increases what your body naturally produces you are not taking supra physiological dosages of HGH and IGF-1 you are taking a HGH Secretagougue that makes your pituray release more HGH and your liver converts that to IGF-1 so youre organs are very unlikely to grow making your gut distend remember you take your dosages after training pre bed on MK677 so the IGF-1 receptor in the muscles you trained are more sensitive to IGF-1 and IGF-1 will bind to them. Guys that get sides of HGH and IGF-1 take large dosages. And if you do not train and take large dosages then the IGF-1 goes looking for a receptor somewhere in your body to bind to like organs or ears or nose or jaw or forehead...

Just don't confuse MK677 wit Ostsrine MK2866

It is on you. It always has been...

Yes LP does MK 677 and GW 501516 for your goals go with MK 677 first for a decent long run 12 weeks minimum if you can longer would be recommended. It also has good nutrition partitioning properties.

Me and Fiance are also going to start back up on it and stay on as long as we can afford it...
