how itchy do the nipples have to be? as i said, mine is barely noticable. i feel more pain in my pecs today after the hcg and i havent worked my chest. lets say things get bad and i need to use the tamoxifen, what would be the dosage protocol etc?

daddylove wrote: but my nipples are not sore, puffy or that itchy? just the slightest itch every now and then. what determines the start of gyno? how itchy/sore does it need to be and how frequent?
Are your nipples itchy every day when you are off cycle? I have a feeling that they are completely normal when off cycle, which means that what you are feeling is due to what you are taking.
Itchy nipples are itchy nipples and you must make the itching go away because it means something is wrong.

lobo wrote: Daddylove this is how I see it been ur first cycle u still don't know if u are gyno prone or not. If u aren't prone its best to not run an AI on cycle but if u are then obviously u must. I would give it a week and see wot happens if there is no improvement take action with the letro till it clears stop the letro and see if it stays away if not then go onto arimidex at 0.25mg eod better suited for a period of time than letro which is better short term been so potent. U can adjust doses accordingly on how ur body responds then u will have a better idea on where u stand with how sensitive u are to gyno and can put things in place for future cycles. Don't just go on my word check other sources and find what's going to be best for u everyones different.
No need to switch from Letro to Adex.

The studies that showed Letro to kill estrogen was administered at 2.5mg a day. With LP Letrozole we using 0.2-0.6mg a day.
Letro takes some time to reach stable blood levels. this is why pump says start it two weeks before you start.
Adex will work a little quicker.
But nothing wrong with a low maintenance dose of either from the start of a cycle.
Remember to taper off though. With both.

Then you haven't seen the packaging.
