First test cycle

I have previously taken a anavar only cycle which was crap, so now im wanting to do a test only. I have been looking at the beginner bulking cycle, but id like to leave out the dbol. how does this look?

week 1-10 1ml test enan
week 1-10 500iu hcg
week 1-10 adex

30 days then beginner cycle pct

sorry, week 5-10 will increase test to 2ml weekly

That is bad you must keep your test at 2ml throughout. HCG start of week 5 run up to the start of PCT. Waiting period for Test-En is 30 days. Is this your first cycle?

That's what i originally heard, but was told otherwise by a experience user. il go with the 2ml for the cycle and start the hcg at week 5.
what about the adex throughout?

Only use the adex if you have symptoms of gyno or excess estrogen.

1-12 600mg a week
Split it 1ml x twice weekly.

yes it is my first cycle. sorry the adex wasnt daily, it was every 4 days. When i did an anavar only cycle, i got really itchy nipples.

That makes no sense because Anavar does not aromatise. I think a big dose of the placebo effect got you there. I see I missed in the title you say it's your first cycle. Hold the Adex until you feel your nipples get itchy and DON'T scratch them or play with them you will GIVE yourself gyno that way.

I also do.. make sure your testosterone levels are not to low, that causes gynecomastia too, hence testosterone should be included in each cycle

When it was happening i actually had no idea what gyno was then. i thought it was chaff from surfing. then the following weeks while reading more i read about it.

My nipples are split from chaff, sand in the wax and nipples inflamed from cycles look at rather surfing with a wetsuit top than a chaff vest or without anything on..

Ye i always do what i was trying to say is that it couldnt have been placebo effect, as i had no idea about gyno at that stage so it had to be the anavar.

You can and some people choose to do so.

The advantage of bi weekly shots is more stable blood levels wich means less likelihood of adverse side effects.

also, why not run the hcg from the beginning either?

Would it be possible (well, acceptable) to possibly start out with 2ml a week and then decide to split it 1ml twice a week while you are say 2 weeks into your cycle?

Or would you want to continue 2ml once a week and next cycle consider doing twice lower dose shots a week?

You can change to twice a week with the Enanthate or Cypionate ester without a problem.

Shouldn't cause any issues though.

I've never had issues with it. It's generally when people are silly and start doing very short esters once or even twice a week - thats when the hormone levels start to fluctuate a bit too much.

50% less chance of infection too :dry:

I'm on my first cycle and was going to switching to test prop end of the wk for bridge 100mg eod is this wots u talking about been more likely to fluctuate hormone levels? Any suggestions on keeping them more stable?

Thanks for the welcome mate.

Test E can be injected once a week all the way up to ED.
Test Prop can be done EOD or ED but as soon as you start messing with longer time between shots - thats when your levels will fluctuate.

For instance, if you did a shot of Test E/C today (Monday) and you wanted to change to Test Prop, to avoid too much fluctuation, I would inject your first bit of Test Prop next Monday and the following shot can be on Wednesday if you are wanting to save yourself the hassle of pinning ED.

Thanks bud understand wot u saying wait for levels from test c to drop before starting prop I was doing 1.5ml test c every 3 days so if my last shot of test c is on sat this wk can I wait 3 days and start prop or should I wait till next sat?

You're Hijacking a thread my man :silly:

I would wait a full week (so, next saturday). Some may disagree but i think adding Prop when your Test C is still in your system will just increase the amount

Jay was a good bodybuilder but is an even better man - really is one of the most down to earth people I know. When we were training he was happy to talk to people between sets and answer a few questions before putting his head down and working hard again. One of a kind to be honest.
