That's a shit-ton (not yet a internationally recognised unit) of glucose. More than a third of my daily calorie allotment haha. Also intra-workout nutrition is frowned upon unless you are training for endurance - maybe crossfit meet or Impi race or something like that. I think the old rule of thumb is workouts longer than 1h30m benefit from intra workout nutrition, protein and/or carbs. It's like you are allowing yourself to push for endurance. Do you really need the glucose? Like do you train after a long shift of work and feel worn?
Woah! I've believed my entire training career that intra workout supplementation is crucial. I always supp with BCAA'S minimum and if planning a longer session (>60 mins) will add something with carb (Supplement SA anabolic muscle). Want to go research this a bit more now.... Thanks for the heads up.

But yeah, preworkout BCAAs is a good idea, and eating in the first 4 hours after workout is as well.

So I've changed my training up and I'm not doing as much volume, focusing more on time under tension and going heavy and to failure. Also raised calories up to 3650 and on cardio days I'm eating 4000 calories with 500g of carbs as well as raising the test cyp to 625ml a week AND I'M STILL NOT GROWING
I really don't understand why. I have lost some fat, slighly, so that's nice but my weight is at 91.5. It went from 83 to 92 in the first few weeks of the cycle but after raising my calories by 500 and hitting 4000 calories on cardio days I still can't get my weight (or cm's) up. I'm going to raise calories even more and throw in winstrol soon for the extra strength but seriously, what else could be the problem?
I train at a ridiculous intensity, I eat like an ABSOLUTE pig and I'm on a decent dose of test. Any advice on what else could be the problem is welcome

Question 1: Do I start the test prop from when my next test cyp shot would have been?
Question 2: Is it ok if I run the prop a bit longer and postpone pct?

That defeats the object of long & short esters doesn't it...... 40 days is about 6 weeks and I wouldn't go more than 8SuThy wrote: Hey guys, quick question. Just took my last shot of test cyp (there was only 1.5ml left so I took it all), so now the bridge of 36-40 days starts. I am doing test prop and winstrol during the bridge.

I start mine 4 - 7 days after the last long ester shot and pin E2D when punning a bridge.
Question 2: Is it ok if I run the prop a bit longer and postpone pct?

Question 1: current calories are 3700 (and I'm not gaining any fat and muscle gain is also slow). This is confusing as I calculated maintenance at around 3350 calories. Does this mean my maintenance could have improved as I've built up my metabolism using reverse dieting?
Question 2: How many calories should I cut out from here? I was thinking to take out 500 calories but this seems quite drastic. Would 300 calories be a better starting point or do I want to get well below maintenance (which could be more like 3600 as an estimate)?
Thanks in advance all

Reverse dieting has become a buzz-phrase. Don't ignore the fact if you have increased fat-free mass, then your BMR is automatically higher. "Reverse dieting" or intentional "metabolic adaptation" is when you purposely increase your calories with the goal being that your body uses energy less efficiently. "Reverse dieting" isn't meant to make gains. The only gains you should be making is the extra dishes you need to wash. Just clarifying, sorry to nit-pick definitions

What I always do is, I go back to the numbers I used on my previous cut, and after a few days asses. I've found calculators to be inaccurate for me. For I look what my raw BMR is, and see by how little I can increase it without causing harm
Otherwise take a look HERE if you want to try get a better base number.

Haven't noticed any differences so I've left it off
Question: Should I now include it in my PCT or is it ok that I just used it along side cyp and will PCT with clomid and nolva?
Thanks in advance

If you use HCG during your cycle it is not needed in PCT.
