Still feeling a bit shaky but much better than yesterday.
Northboy- Please try to take a little oats or a decent carb shortly after your post workout shake or even with your post workout shake like with your pre workout shake. The Primal energy is simple carbs / sugars and is just good for the insulin spike but if you don't get in a good complexed carb shortly after that you might go in to hypoglycemia. I think that is what happened. And that feels crap. I don't think this was your FFF.

Yes, some have reported skin issues before.

I have had a weight loss of over 10kg but this really doesn't do justice to my results in terms of measurements! I went from taking size 4xl gym trackpants to 2xl and the 2xl is kinda loose. I only got 1 gym session in the last 3 weeks due to really important meetings which required time to prepare for them. My eating went a bit unclean the last 2 weeks as well but I still maintained my 10kg loss.
My sister hasn't been to the gym in over 5 weeks now and also completed her 90 days using FFF. She has lost over 13kg and gone down in clothing size.
@Storm_7 - my sister had breakouts on her chest and back. Other females on this forum also had breakouts. It's something to do with hormones and your system flushing itself whilst on FFF so it results in breakouts. It's a small price to pay for the awesome results u get on FFF. Please post any solution you come across that may help give relief from the breakouts and I will do the same.
I'll try getting some pics done of before I started FFF and 90 days later and post it up here.

Here's my pic showing :
Blue trunks - Before I started FFF
Green trunks - 30 days after starting FFF
Pink trunks - 90 days after starting FFF
Hope you guys/gals can see some difference from the pic in blue trunks to the pic in pink trunks. I lost just over 10kg and dropped in clothing sizes from 4XL to 2XL

I'm on my 2 week break from using FFF.
@Storm_7 - My sis has found that Loreal Purezone products helped her with breakouts (facewash, scrub, etc) and it's a bit of trial and error since some products are too strong for some people. Other products would be Clearsil, Young Solutions(they have a body scrub), Yardley, etc.
Stick to FFF even if you don't see weight changes after 30 days. The results will be worth it.

My dermatologist suggested a household product for breakouts. Take one teaspoon of bicarbonate of soda with a little water to form a paste, rub in circular motions for a minute then rinse. You can do this daily. For all skin types (mine is super sensitive). It works as an exfoliant, and the more you exfoliate the more you get rid of dead skin cells and promote new ones, which is exactly what you want to do for breakouts. It has helped me with my breakouts while on FFF. Good luck, hope this helps!

Honestly i am not a fan of T3, and i don't recommend it. Playing with your thyroid hormones simply to loose fat is stupid. When competing - different story as you accept the risks.
Get some basic blood test, and if there is thyroid issues, rather get a prescription for thyroid treatment.
I have seen numerous people with issues after T3 abuse, especially females.
