My stats are :
age - 30
height - 1.82m
weight - 124kg
body type - I have a tummy lol, well let's say I'm a good candidate to try this product out.
gym activity - I aim for to get my ass to the gym 4 times a week but at least 2 times a week as a minimum with some home workouts to compensate. I leg press 350kg with ease (max was 420kg) so I've built up some good strength over the years although I have excess body fat.
eating plan - Not a strict one but avoiding most carbs and sugar(don't even have sugar in my coffee) and keeping my water intake to around 2L a day.
I took the recommended dosage this morning at around 9am. By midday I'm usually very hungry and I have a big appetite but right now I have no craving for food whatsoever! It could be a placebo effect but I will monitor my appetite for the rest of the week and post my results on here.

Today is day 3 of using Fat Furnace Fifteen. So far I haven't experienced any adverse side-effects. I've noticed that my appetite has been really reduced and I'm always feeling full compared to before using this product. I don't usually remember my dreams but this morning I got up and the remembered my dream which seemed so real and I would attribute it to the cognitive effect of the product.
I have an unquenchable thirst (dry mouth) which has lead me to constantly drink water. This helps keep me to my goal of drinking 2L of water a day so that's a good thing.
I'm just curious to see if this is all in the mind or genuinely the product's effect on me so let's see how this goes for the rest of the week. I guess it's too early to tell but I can't ignore it's effects so far. Very promising week ahead!

Yep, I believe it helps to eliminate excess water retention in the first week or so. That will be the initial weight loss and then the fat stores are next.

Energy levels were gone through the roof :woohoo:
I usually do a 3 sets on the high-incline barbell press : 40kg x 10, 50kg x 8, 60kg x 4 or 6(depending on fatigue) but today I did 45kg x 10, 60kg x 8, 70kg x 3(could have went for 4 or 5 reps but I didn't have a spotter so I didn't want to risk injury)
Recovery time between sets were faster
Water intake during my gym session was over 2L
I was feeling hotter than usual and sweating more than usual
Started to experience some nausea halfway through my gym session. It was manageable and I think I just need to get used to that feeling. I burped a few times and that gave some relief. It wasn't to an extent that I had to stop my workout. Just a few deep breaths of fresh air and some sips of cool water and I was good to go. The nausea only lasted a little while after my gym session. I had a protein shake and I didn't feel like throwing up. It was more a feeling of fullness like when you over-eat.
Yeah I am pissing alot due to the amount of water I'm consuming as well as the product trying to remove the water from the fat cells.
My sister started with the product from today so I'll be able to get a female result as well. She hasn't been to gym for over a month due to the flu but got back today has told me she also experienced a higher energy level that got her through her sets easily. She also experienced some nausea but said it was manageable.
So far so good - let's see how it goes by end of this week

Personally, I feel that FFF will offer me more benefits while losing fat than Clen would. Clen does work but I never read anything about it helping to get rid of the water-weight we carry. My understanding is that it is easier to burn off fat cells with less water in them but I am open to correction.

dryden wrote: Folks can I continue taking my animal PAK when on this? I started this morning. Also, which ingredient will lead to a positive dope test as per the bottle?
I will be very cautious when combining Animal PAK with FFF. Some ingredients are the same and they might be harmful if you overdose. I'll rather not combine them and if you take FFF you probably don't need the Animal PAK anyway.

Big Boy wrote: @Dryden - Why would you want to use different products at the same time ? FFF specifically states not to use any other products while using it so stick to the instructions. If a product tells u that it will come up positive in doping tests and u are going to be tested. . . DON'T TAKE THE PRODUCT! You can't remove the ingredient if somebody tells you which one it is but for knowledge purposes I'm sure admin might shed some light on that for u.
I'm not sure what might cause a positive doping test, but judging from your performance in the gym I would say that one should take that warning seriously.

I'll stop with the PAK and only run the FFF for the next few months and see how things go.

IMO if you take FFF, no need to supplement with extra caffeine.
