Hi

Do you guys think it will be okay to work in 3-4 * 8 reps of squats into my routine EACH day. Like at the beginning or end?.

Have a good one.

I don't think its the best idea
Squats use a load of muscles and energy and you really should rest at least 3 days in between!

Why do you want to squat so regularly? Do you have a goal in mind?

If you do squats properly, you should walk like a cowboy a day or two

I've gone through phases of training squats heavy every day.

The CNS drain is not bad at all, and recovery once you work up to that kind of volume is good.

Powerlifters and Oly lifters train them every day at incredibly heavy weights.

You're right, definitely very goal specific.

What I will say is that if you look at a weight division oly lifter or power lifter, they are ripped to shreds and have incredible physiques. Squatting every day looks good! :)

Powerlifters usually squat twice a week, and only on one of those days do they do max effort. When you're training a muscle every day when exactly will it have time to repair and grow? And if you're not gonna be training hard enough to tear down muscle fibre then what is the point, volume is important for muscle growth but rest is a necessity

Sorry guys Apparently it is true, cause its happened to certain people already, so I’m not taking any chances !!
