Keep training pretty much the same, just increase cardio and run your diet at a slight calorie deficit and you will get lean

KEEP TRAINING THE SAME. Add in cardio and diet. Weights, sets, reps - keep the same. Maybe try resting less between sets to increase your heartrate for burning more calories.

Lets go!

Do the same weight and reps than what you do usually. Decreasing weight will cause you to lose muscle and will lead to a slower MBR. First place to start is your diet and then with implementation of cardio.

I don't see why you would want to lower the Kgs, you want the muscle to be working at 100% to keep it looking full and so on, although you probably wont be able to lift at your maximum due to the calorie deficit leaving you feeling tired. Lift as heavy as you can and try keep the weight training the same just increase cardio like I said before

Pregan are you training at the moment? How are you training? What are you eating? Get some help with your diet, you can read around in diet 101 ect. Or get someone to help you. Training with weights and doing cardio work very good for loosing weight. Cardio on a empty stomach. Start a tread of your own for some more advice you don't want to jack this one.

the only place were 'success' comes before 'work' is in the dictionary
