squat 8 sets. 4 warup 4 heavy as you can 8-10 reps
leg press 3 sets
stiff deads 6 sets 2 warmup 4 heavy as you can 6-8 reps
leg curls 3 sets
calfs twice a week
day 1 5 sets 2 warup 3 heavyer 25 reps
day 2 6 sets 2 warmup 4 heavey as you can 10 reps
this is just an example of what i do so i try and keep 3-4 sets heavy as you can.
If working on body and character doesnt cost you something its woth noting. If criticism is all that proceed out of your mouth then know that is how you feel about yourself and depicts the health of your soul.

If I do some supersets:
6-8 reps for each "set"
So If I do a shoulder superset with dumbbells.
lateral raises X 6 - 11kg
lateral raises X 6 - 9kg
lateral raises X 6 - 7kg
Then
Front raises X 6 - 11kg
Front raises X 6 - 9kg
Front raises X 6 - 7kg
This SEEMS to be helping my shoulders bulk up... but I am no expert... this is just what I do.
If I do a drop set i.e. tricep push down:
6X80something
8Xtwo plates lower than 80something
10Xfour plates lower than 80something
Legs I will push for 4 sets of 10 reps or so.

Thats actually a good way to get the mind and muscle connection going! Will def try, shot bro.
