Back to back training... was created by snyman
Hi,
What's the rational behind not resting between sets? i see this here and there in several workout programs, I know a lot of trainers that do this sort of "back to back training"
Just curious what the science is behind this.
I understand that you will get a good cardio session with this too but if you wanna gain muscle, do you recommend this sort of training?

I sometimes do this. What your referring to is 'super-setting', I usually super-set leg curls with lunges, works well.
