Foot fracture recovery

Hi guys

The tendonitis on the outside of my left foot turned out being a fracture. The tendon had ripped two bones apart where they had fused as a child. Instead of a cast I got an "air boot". Still have one more week to wear this thing. I will probably wear it a week or two longer as I want to avoid having a steel pin surgically inserted. Due to the support given by the "cast" my calf muscle as well as the tendons and regiments around my ankle joint have become very weak. How many months of rehab will it take after I remove the boot before the leg is fighting fit again? I'm currently only doing leg extensions, ham curls and light stiff legs. Planning to cycle around june/july (hopefully)

Thats all gonna depend on the extent of the rehab hey mate, best bet is to see someone regularly to assist and continually assess your recovery
