Hugh Jackman's build - Is it possible?

I just saw the trailer for X-Men Origins: Wolverine. ( www.traileraddict.com/trailer/xmen-origins-wolverine/trailer ).
I have to say that Hugh Jackman has the ideal build that I have always wanted. So I googled on how he got to look like that for the movie...but didnt get much results. All I managed to really find is that he ate 1000 cals more than normal, 6 meals a day and lots of lean chicken for protein.
On gym, all that was said is he lifted very heavy weights, 3 secs lifting, and 1 secs recovery. So for bicep curl, he curled the weight in slowly, then let it down normally.
I also read that to get that kind build it depends on your body structure as not everyone can look like that, even with doing everything right.
Now, I dunno if I have the right body structure...so thats my first thing I need to clear up. Im 1.78m, 84kg (still have a tiny bit of belly fat to lose). I have a decent build but nothing to write home about. My legs are bigger than average from all the Rowing and Running I did, but my upper body lacks a bit of meat. So I think Im more bottom heavy compared to my top section. Is my frame suitable for that build of Hugh Jackmans?
If so...how do I get there? I saw he said it took 5 months of solid training. My goal is by end of the year. Anyone have a gym routine for this? An eating plan would be great too.
I really wanna get to that point, but have no idea where / how to start. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

These hollywood guys are elite, they would definitely use GH and have Pro's do their training, diet etc
I am not saying he used juice, but, they would never admit it if he did.
Vin Diesel is another one, one movie he is huge the next he is just big .... Hmmm .... makes you wonder hey.
It is not what car you drive, but the size of the arm hanging out the window.
