Im also in Silver Lakes. Try Iron Angel Gym, speak to some trainers there. Else Virgin Active Silver Lakes by Hazel Dean. But DJ will organise you a gread diet plan, ask Admin for his details.

If you are serious about competing the only person you need in your corner is DJ. He will give you a diet and training program to wip you in shape. This is the route I went and others on here like Koe. I have no regrets and wouldn't want anyone else to take me there. Contact admin and get in touch with DJ. He is the best at what he does.

Zambesi Lifestyle and Décor Centre- Gym called Body Guru! There is a trainer there called Hennie Kotze, he will plan your diet, he will train you. Try one month with him, brilliant!
