Super sets and Tri sets was created by salamander
Hi guys first, Happy new year for all.
Need to ask if you do tri sets say on legs chest biceps back and triceps, shoulders
will it help gains or def, I am only using tri sets on chest and triceps and it really burn the muscle
the problem is the muscle tires quickly and training time is shorter because of it.
What would the right way be to train like this only some body parts or the whole body thnx.

A muscle tiring quickly is not a problem. The point of going into gym is not to workout for as long as possible. Squats are exhausting and after a set of 10+ deeeep reps, one usually feels gassed already. That doesn't mean you shouldn't do squats. As for tri sets: I would reserve them for just a few body parts. Basing your workout on that can really accumilate over time and burn you out (assuming you're taking each of the three movements sets to failure).
You can start off with a few sets of a tri set to pre-exhaust and then continue on to do a few more straight sets with other movements. You could also just finish off with them to take the muscle to total failure before calling it a day. Tri-sets work wonders for quad development. Its really just another tool in the tool box like drop sets or FST-7. For instance I like to use FST-7 but what I'll often do is start my tricep workout with the FST-7 and then continue my usual tricep workout after that just with a lot less weight.
