Dizziness and nausea while training was created by beemer
Hi

I've been doing supersets in the morning but can't seem to shake the dizziness and nausea feeling while training.

I have the following before training:
Whey with BCAA (on wake up)
Fat burner (Oxy Elite pro)
Pre workout

I've just come off a cycle and I think my body is struggling to adjust to not being on anything.

Any tips guys, considering I'm trying to keep my carb intake low.

Thanks

Random question, I puke on most days I do legs if I hit them hard, can I take anything to prevent this? All I normally ate before gym is oats, raisins as well as some chicken?

Jakes, het jy al probeer om net vroeer te eet? Sodat die kos al verder met die spysverterings kanaal af is teen die tyd van jou been sessie. Dit werk vir my

bru, I would recommend that you drop the chicken from your preworkout meal because protein slows down the digestion of carbohydrates which is going to leave you fuller for longer and with less energy. try it out and let me know bro? :)

I've tried that too bro, I puke on just oats and raisins too. Dis maar kak. It only happens when I do squats. I become dizzy and shit after the third set and then I feel it coming on. As soon as I reach the outside and the fresh air hits me I puke.

I can legpress 500 for 6 sets and be fine, but let me squat 120 a few times and bam! I don't get it.

I get heartburn from oats nowadays... Beast for me ever was to eat an hour and a half before and then take my preworkout half an hour before gym.

maybe your breathing is out dude?
I also get dizzy when I go heavy on squats..
do you drink enough water before hand?
maybe it's dehydration that makes you dizzy? I dunno :s

@ OP I use to get the same feeling in the morning when taking pre workout sups I felt is subside after drinking whey protein but this did not always help, I felt the worst with Gaspari's pre workout .
@Jakes it is not at all uncommon to vomit on a heavy squats and not on leg press due to the change in posture, you tend to push your food back out due to your core straining more than on the leggpress. do you use a kidney belt? I can post a few vids of guys (some even pro's) puking after doing squats and straight arm pullovers.
You might have to chose between your workout and your nutrition if you want to keep your food in go lighter.
What is your training style ie HIT 5X5 FST7 Y3T?

No bud I don't do those fansy training programs, I gym just how I want to and constantly mix it up. 6 or 7 sets of squats for 12 reps followed by 4 sets legpress, 3sets of leg extensions at an angle, 3 sets normal ones with some hack squats. It constantly changes...

I do wear a kidney belt, I also do drink enough water. 3 or 4 600ml bottles easy.

If the pills don't work ill defiantly go lighter
