Struggling to get the tricep's going, any advice on how to get them growing, and if possible, any exercises you recommend? Bi's coming on nicely, but I struggling to get nice all round arms.
Enjoy the weekend.

Something that has been working AMAZINGLY for my tri's... Tricep pushdowns (dual handle, reverse grip)
Give it a shot, you're only TESTing it...

Tngly pinky? Nerves - carefull. That tingle might just stay there after which you will have nerve damage and muscle atrophy because of its loss.

Yes be carful, I had a pinched nerve, took away 9 months of training! lost a considerable amount of size on the left arm where the constant tingling(pins and needles) were compared to the right!

spike wrote: There are a number of superficial nerves around the tricep and elbow that can be affected by compressive forces such as extreme pump in the tricep muscle... Think of your 'funny bone'', where the ulnar nerve runs superficially... This supplies the pinky with its innervation and will result in the tingliness you're describing. Not too much to worry about with this, but generalised pins and needles that suggests brachial plexus damage is a very different story
I often wake up with numb pinkys and area around pinky in my hand numb, quite scary actually
But I don't get numb pinkys when I am pumped.
Any ideas why is this happening?

I've put it down to excess muscle size in the triceps and lack of flexibility causing the stretch on the tri's to place pressure on the ulnar nerve.... No real worry, except for the inconvenience of waking with both arms completely numb and dead, and having to flop around like a wet donkey to get on my back
Well that's good news that's is harmless.
Thanks bro good to no there is someone else.
