Hip Fusion / Replacement and Legs was created by Samurai_X
Afternoon guys, Hope your all well?
I was in a serious accident a few years back, it would seem that I need to go for a hip fusion and for a double hip replacement in the near future. My question is, I am “scared” of doing legs with my hips been screwed, am I an idiot for thinking so or should I stopped been #$%*@. Any input would be appreciated.
Thanks

Love the buuuuuuuuuuuuuurn!
I'd rather die standing than live a life on my knees.

I think do legs still but if you start feeling pain in the hip and that then stay away from the exercises that seem to aggravate the hip... Maybe spike will have some input...

This is a very tricky one as its hard to understand the level of damage without seeing the imaging studies. I would speak to your orthopod about this before starting to train legs heavily.
Maybe try to avoid exercise that would place extra stress on the hip itself. Stick to extensions and bodyweight exercises...
