My worrie is that i am damaging my lediments so i basically want to know is this to do with the winny at all or might it be that i hurt myself? Just weird that its both elbows..

Hi andre, well the elbow pain is definitely from the winny. Out of all the DHT compounds, I find winny to be the most harsh on the joints. Winny suckes all the water from your muscles and especially joints so there is less lubrication in the body's pivot points (elbows and knees especially). I personally feel that winny weakens the joint ligaments but there is much debate about this as it has been known to have collegen rejuvination properties. Make sure you supplement your diet with fish oils (omegas) and also get yourself some joint support like arthroguard, arthrojoint, joint support formula (SSN). Another possible aid will be to include NPP in your cycle which has joint lubrication properties.

To you it may look like I just did a push-up... But in fact, I just bench-pressed the world.

So i reckon this is not the winny as i have no other pain.
My question is: why only with chest? The pain shot up into my bicep and some pain in shoulder. Pinned some voltaren as soon as i got home and still some pain.
Hope one of the senior guys can shed some light.
I have about 10 days left on cycle and dont know what to do as i dont want to aggrevate it anymore.
STUARTF wrote: Yeah, that pain is a killer hey. I find that once the joint has a bit more lubrication then the pain seems to subside. Firstly make sure you have added the joint support and fish oils, then if the pain still persists then possibly up your test prop dose....this will give a bit more water retention. I think you should only include pain killers as a last resort.

spike wrote: Is bench press the only exercise that does this? Other chest exercises? Bicep exercises? Sounds like it is more muscular than joint related... Possible a tear or strain, maybe just a myofascial trigger point... M<aybe a tendon strain or overuse injury

I HATE Anavar. It gave me the worst elbow pain as you describe here. Took a while to clear up. Anavar is worse than Winstrol.
