Hey Salamander. "Slow" cardio is best. I am currently doing 3x20min (Mo, Tue, Fri) sessions a week after gym and then a another 2x45min (Sat, Wed) a week in the morning on an empty stomach.

yeah you could even walk on an incline for 30+ min. Best time in the morning on empty stomach or after your weight session in the evening when glycogen stores are empty.

That is what makes a bodybuilder a true bodybuilder, and that is to be simply.....

PURELY DIFFERENT FROM THE REST

I love the stepper. It really kills me so i like to do this on weekends when I'm not doing weights. Then I also do 20min cardio after weights training 3x during the week - cycling, incline walking or cycling. All my cardio is in the form of HITT training - short and intense cardio.

This seems to work for me.
