Help with training routine? was created by IronHeart
Hi guys I'm actually a strength athlete but with an admiration to body building.
My main goal is to do my strongman and look like a bodybuilder.
My diet is in order but the problem is that I don't always get time to train more volume.
Here is my training routine can anyone give some tips on how I could alter my routine to increase more mass?

Monday: Lower body heavy workout and calves.

This consists of either a max effort deadlift / goodmorning / squat.
Volume for legs and calves.

Tuesday: Upper body max.

Max effort for shoulders
Max effort for triceps
Volume for shoulders and triceps

Wednesday: Off

Thursday: Chest and back.

This is similar to Arnold's chest and back workout.

Friday: Off

Saturday: Strongman

I will do 2 strongman workouts and biceps.

Note: I want to increase size on my chest, biceps, legs!

Sorry I can't answer that for you although I have a couple of powerlifters in my gym whom I'm friendly with and will pass on your questions to them and come back to you with some answers, hopefuly

Thanks you can ask them.
I started out as a powerlifter and all the guys I trained with did not have proper diets or care about size!

Powerlifting athlete looking like a bodybuilder makes me think about that strongman contender Mariuz Pudgenovsky (dont know how to spell his surname). The guy looks great and is seriously strong

you can look into powerbuilding... is a lot of fun.
DC training is an example of powerbuilding... DC is very effective, but it knackers your joints...

Its a lot like dorian trained, you only do one set(working set) per bodypart... but you shit bricks and swear all the way...
