Hi guys
The past 10 weeks+ I have bn putting in some balls to wall training. I have made really good gains. Have been following a 2day "on" 1day "off" program looking like this:
Day 1 - chest/biceps
Day 2 - delts/traps
Rest
Day 3 - back/triceps/forearms
Day 4 - legs
Rest
I have also moved from lower reps to high reps within 10-15rep range (sometimes 8 ). Also bn adding more carbs to my meals as directed by DJ.
Every week I was adding reps to my previous workouts stats as well as increasing in a little weight. However this week I seem to be totally "flat". My workouts are taking longer, I'm more tired, I'm running out of energy, tired during the day and not sleeping that well. I must add that I also train a lot to failure.
Considering all this I have concluded that I am overtrained at the moment, is that correct? If so what would ur suggestions be? I was thinking of taking a few days off. How many? Should I consume less meals in this "rest" period? Etc etc

Are you on cycle? Running HCG with that?
Unless your food intake is too low especially your pre workout there should be no reason to be tired with that routine.
