Exercises for back and Lats was created by bones
Howsit going guys.

I'm looking for other exercises to do for back and lats, besides lat pull downs. Basically, any free weight (barbell or dumbell). I do alot of pull ups as well. Usually around 40 - 45.

Any help will be appreciated.

Thanks.

bent over barbell or dumbell rows are also staple excersizes
cable rows
weighted chinups target lower lats

There'e also a machine at VA that is like reverse pec dec, ie. you sit back to front and do lateral flies backward. I find its good for targeting inner back and traps.
