Hey everybody
Trained back last night. Did dumbbell pull overs and over extended too much.... almost felt as if my shoulder popped out of the socket...
Finished my training with almost little to no discomfort....
Today its a bit tender... any good advice for speeding up the recovery ?
Already iced and anti inflammatory...just trying to keep it still

Go to dischem or clicks and buy yourself some ice man, originally made for horses it is a menthol gel that is warm when you apply it but in about 10min it's like ice. Fantastic stuff for recovery from most injuries either muscular or in the joints

Ice man is good, my colleague did a clinical trial on it. Very effective. Ice itself is still number one tho.
May be worthwhile getting it checked out, possible damage to the anterior portion of the rotator cuff. If it did dislocate there will be ligament damage
