I am a little worried. I measured today and my left bicep is 1cm smaller than my right bicep. What can I do to get them the same?
Thanks,
Roger!

Remember that there's a bigger tricep attached to that arm so don't neglect it while focusing on your bicep.
Try going heavier using less reps, and concentrate on the full range of motion, with a squeeze at the end. Also add some strict form work, even if you have to use lower weights.
If all else fails, switch hands, when you...

I don't think 1cm is that much to worry about at all. But if other ppl notice the difference quite easily without u pointing it out to them, then maybe it has merit

Kkkyle wrote: Guys anyone know any secrets to unleash more growth in my arms upper arms mostly, cos da guns have stopped growing, only grown about .5cm in the last 4 months, everything else is coming along fine
Kyle most guys knows this and to some it is old news but if one guy reads this and learn from it then mission accomplished.
One tends to train biceps much more than triceps to get "bigger" arms or to show off the guns. But your biceps is only 1/3 of your upper arm, and your triceps 2/3.
Try focusing on getting your triceps bigger and your biceps will look much bigger by themselves.
If you had no growth in the last 4 months, try alternating your exercises- as one's body get used to training a certain way and certain intensity. If you went fast go super slow and concentrate on your form. or vice versa. If you train bi's and tri's together try doing your triceps with your chest day.
As long as you keep your body guessing on what's next you will have gains.
