Trojan Strider for cardio was created by MCJ
Hi guys
I train from home as the nearest gym is 60km from me. Through the years I have stocked up quite a collection of equiptment. I basically just need a leg press machine and ill be sorted.
However...I have nothing for cardio. No cycle, treadmill etc.
I have been offered a Trojan Strider for R600. Only bn used 3 times. Would this be a good investment into some cardio?

R600 is essentially very cheap for a piece of gym equipment, especially one that has been used so little.
You don't have much to lose other than R600 by buying it. If its crap, sell it for R700
As for cardio on the machine - zero impact, little stress on the cns, total body movement, you decide the intensity so can do steady state or intervals. All plus points.
I personally don't think you need any equipment for cardio, especially when walking, sprinting, and making stuff like sleds or heavy shit to carry from old discarded items is free.
For R600 bucks though, give it a whirl!
