This is normal. How long have you been training? These things even themselves out the longer you train.

Try using dumbells in future bud

Sorry guys Apparently it is true, cause its happened to certain people already, so I’m not taking any chances !!

Pumped you do single handed presses? or do you use a heavier weight in 1 hand than the other?

I have a mate who pulls the bvar skew as the weight starts to get heavy. What i do is spot him and hold the bar in the correct position. He cant bench as much but it corrects his form... Get an experienced guy in your gym to spot you and watch your form, he can then tell you if you're going wrong.

This is one possibility, there are a few others... I had a patient and friend with similar problem and his came down to spinal torsion throwing his entire thorax into an imbalance.

Um, but im scared of needles...

No and no. I am finding that my right pec is catching up to my left pec. When I do dumbell press or bench press or inline press the bar is always horizontal. I keep my form.

You shouldn't really use the mirror for any exercise. Use a gym buddy to spot technique problems.

Using the mirror takes away a lot of the mind muscle connection and the feel of an exercise, focus on the feel and use that as your guide rather than imagery.

I do the same for my partner, it assists.
